After first semester examination and onam vacation we restarted our classes. First period was engaged by Ancy ma'am. All of us turned on our videos and we engaged in an active discussion. As the first day we concluded the class earlier than usual.
Then next period was by Giby ma'am. Principal sir joined our class and gave us a good introduction. The story told by sir was really inspiring, the story of a priest and trouble maker.
Then Giby ma'am started the class. We discussed about memory and retention. permeance of learning for storage of what we know which can be reflected whenever needed is simply termed so.
memory is the ability or power to store our experience and to bring it in the field of consciousness whenever it is needed. Then we discussed about a steps for processing memory. They include

Then ma'am told that experience acquired by a person give impressions or marks on mind is called memory traces.
Then we discussed about 6 types of memory as following:
Short term memory

Eidetic memory
On the next period George sir shown us a video regarding suryanamaskara. It was a simple but neatly explained video. I practiced suryanamaskara two times along with the video. I am sharing it's link below.
