BACK TO SCHOOL

After a long time in this week I went back to school not as a student , but as a student teacher... It was really special for me. it's like a dream come true. Government Girls Higher Secondary School Kanyakulangara was the school allotted to me. we were a group of 10 people assigned to the college. our teaching practice was scheduled on 5th January 2022. As our school was out of the Thiruvananthapuram cooperation our working was not affected by the local holiday. 

DAY-1: 05/01/2022- WEDNESDAY

I reached the school by 8:45 am. Due to covid situation the school working time was rescheduled as 9:50 am to 1:00 pm. Teacher's informed slight changes in our timetable. Chemistry classes for 8F(Malayalam medium), 8D(English medium) and chemistry classes for 9C(English medium) are the classes allotted for me. I was having 5 periods in a week. I am having classes on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. So today I was having no classes.

But today I got a golden opportunity to take part in co-curricular activities of the school. As part of the program HELLO ENGLISH our school was organizing a program on 7 th of January Friday. Rama teacher gave us some duties associated with it. It was wonderful. We prepared some properties for the programme including some wings, birds using chart papers and sticks. 

At the time of lunch, teachers told us not to bring the lunch instead offered food from school mess. A wonderful day- first day of teaching practice.
