Sixth day

 July 21 Thursday

Today I was having a classes for 8 on the first period from 8:35 a.m. to 9:20 a.m. the topic was speed and velocity also I got a free period for 9 standard students. In addition the other substitutions I got includes to second standard third standard and 5th standard.

I prepared presentation chart and activity cards for the classes. In addition I used a still model to explain the difference between distance and displacement by using a random model of a landscape containing a home,office,ration depo and a hospital. The use of model was very effective for creating better comprehension among students. the response of students regarding the model was really encouraging and they were really enthusiastic about doing calculation by the use of models. In the 9th class I was unable to complete my lesson plan within the prescribed time as 15 minutes of my class as  they needed sometime to clarify the doubts of previous chapter. Also i got a substitution on 2G.
